READ Before Using Any Link:
Buying import products can become quite costly, and the average girl would be hesitant to spend $40 for a video of a series she's never seen before. I've provided a list of online resources from which you can try out the anime and manga series described on this site. If you enjoy them, please do purchase the licensed products. This justly supports the livelihood of the creators, encourages more of the type of shows you'd like to be produced, and gives you the highest quality in your video and actual manga books for your shelf.
Many Japanese animation, TV drama series, and movies are translated, subtitled, and distributed for free by fansubbers in countries other than Japan. A fansub is a video with subtitles put on it by a fan, to be given away at only the price of a blank tape. These fans want to promote awareness and enjoyment of programs that have not been licensed for sale in their native language. Fansubs are somewhat controversial. Fansubs are not intended to be an alternative to buying commercial products. Do not ever buy a fansubbed video that is being sold for profit. Sale and rental of fansubs or any other video copies is an ILLEGAL and CRIMINAL offense. The same goes for non-subtitled video copies.
Do not use these resources to build up a large collection of anime video copies without the intent of purchasing licensed products, whether they be import VHS/LD/DVD/VCD, domestic dubbed or subtitled versions, or import manga or domestic manga. This page is for the purpose of previewing a title before purchasing.
