From Nakayosi magazine. Originally strips of paper for writing a poem on for the Japanese holiday Tanabata, but I figured they'd work just as well as gift tags.

Use a hole punch (the smaller the better) to punch a hole in each of the places there is a slightly big white circle. Fold each tag down the middle so the color is on the front and back. Thread a ribon or string through the holes (which should match up).
