ONLY IF TOMORROW COMES

Tomorrow I'll have sorrow
I suppose I'll be absorbed in tears
In the world of people, there's goodbye, but
In this world, at least there's tomorrow
Only if night comes, is morning near
Only if winter comes, is spring near
Only if tomorrow comes
Only if tomorrow comes
The moon will sink. The sun will rise.

Tomorrow I'll have hardship
I suppose I'll bite my lip and cry
In the world of people, there is grief, but
In this world, at least there is tomorrow
Only if night comes, is morning near
Only if winter comes, is spring near
Only if tomorrow comes
Only if tomorrow comes
The moon will sink. The sun will rise.

BTW, "Ashita ni nareba" is literally "Only if it turns into tomorrow" or "Only if it becomes tomorrow" but that sounded a little weird to me in English... Also, according to my Japanese tutor there's no such word as "aredo."
