~ FAN Sharing ~

~~ ~ ~~ ~ ~~

Please share your opinions about the Revue and your favorite Takarasiennes with fans across the world! These pages are comprised of poll topics in many types; some are multiple choice, but most questions alllow you to fill in your own sentiments! I'd love to see your viewpoint, and other fans will too! (^_^)

Please do not be confused by the form: the best way to input your entry is to fill in an answer and then click to the next question using the link on that page. You may wish to skip a question; that's okay, just continue to the next page and leave the box blank. Don't answer one question, then go back to the main page, and from there click to a second question - this would submit your answers as being from multiple people. (^_~)

If you would like to offer a fanwork, article, review, experience, etc. for inclusion here, please do contact me by e-mail by removing the spaces: dioptase @ quixium .com. It would be really cool if we can compile a sampling of views from different fans for future visitors of this site to read. It doesn't need to be fancy - you could just say how you were introduced to Takarazuka, tell a story about you and it, pour out your heart about a specific star, whatever. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu! (^_^)/

I entered my Takarazuka Revue items as a hobby collection in the Los Angeles County Fair during the fall of 2000. The average attendance per year is 1.3 million people, making it the largest county fair in North America, so I hope it helped spread awareness of Takarazuka to many fair-goers. I was really excited to win a First Place ribon for my collection!

Here are a couple of photos:

On display at the Fair.

A photo taken to place in the display case. The rules requested a photograph of the entire collection as well as an information card.

Since that time the size of my collection has grown. Even now it certainly couldn't compete with collections of many other Zuka fans, but I'm very happy with it. It's so much fun to look through the different books, magazines, and such with my family, or just by myself. I absolutely appreciate having family members who like Takarazuka too. =)
